They are passionate about what they do and have so much to share!

Modern science has studied and proven the benefits of yogic practices, traditional medicines, martial arts, and the many holistic therapies found across different cultures. Passed down over thousands of years through ancient scriptures and belief systems, their knowledge of energy lines, life force, meditation, breathwork, postures, and movements is still practiced today.

Wellness is a huge industry, driven by trends, products, consumer experiences, technology and luxury travel experiences. Wellness can be totally overwhelming with buzzwords like bio-hacking, rewilding and forest bathing, Wim Hof’s method for ice cold therapy, and an explosion of different breathwork techniques. It’s fascinating to read about some of these trends from the Global Wellness Insitute’s annual report.

There’s no right path to wellness other than the age-old wisdom to use common sense in doing what feels right, center yourself, and find balance in all that you do!
