TRAVEL MORE
Come share my journey! From easy staycations to once-in-a-lifetime adventures, find out how you can plan your own travel escape or go that extra mile and elevate your travel plans for really unforgettable vacations.
LIVE WELL
Every day we can support our wellbeing through the lifestyle choices we make, finding balance in everything we do, and not losing sight of our dreams. Keeping a journal is a wonderful way to express yourself and capture thoughts.
AND BREATHE
Breathing is as easy as 1-2-3! The good news is you can already do it! Try these simple breathwork exercises in everyday situations or when you need to take time out and recenter. Learning to manage your breath can support better health and well-being. You can use breathwork to help you relax, restore balance, gain focus, and boost your energy when needed.
YOUR TRAVEL AND WELLNESS
What type of traveler are you, and what kind of travel arrangements do you make? Which wellness experiences do you enjoy, and how can they be made more accessible to you on vacation? I’d really welcome your feedback! To thank you for your time and feedback, you’ll be entered into a prize draw to win a pair of Thai-style harem pants—which are great for yoga and also super comfortable to travel in! The questionnaire will take about ten minutes to complete.
ABOUT ME
I love to travel and explore everything a destination has to offer. I’ve been fortunate my journey in life brought me to a different continent with each decade. I now live on Hatteras Island in the Outer Banks, a chain of small barrier islands off the coast of North Carolina. It’s a narrow sandbar and protected nature reserve sticking out in the Atlantic Ocean. It’s home to a small coastal community, and offers an outdoors lifestyle where my surfing husband can chase the hurricane swells. When the tourist season comes to an end and the island closes down for the winter, our travel bug starts to itch again. This is when we’ll pack our bags and try to go away.
